How long does my order take?
Ties, bow ties, pocket squares, cufflinks and braces arrive in 6 to 9 business days. Shoes and belts, which ship from Spain, arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking number. At busy times such as Black Friday or Christmas it can take a little longer.
How much is shipping and how do I track my order?
Shipping is free to Spain, the rest of Europe, the United States and Canada. When your order ships we send you the tracking link, and you can also check it on “Where is my order”.
Can I return my order?
In the European Union you have 14 days from delivery to return it unused; write to info@nudoimperial.com. If it arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, the return is free.
What materials are ties made of?
Our ties are jacquard polyester, a silk and polyester blend, knit, or a wool and cotton blend. Each tie page shows its material and blade width.
Which tie width should I choose?
A 7 cm tie is slimmer and more modern, for fitted suits and narrow lapels. 7.5 cm is the most versatile. 8 and 9 cm (wide blade) suit wide lapels, tall men and classic suits. Knit ties are 7 cm with a square tip.
Which tie should I wear to a wedding?
For a guest, silk-blend and jacquard ties in burgundy, navy or green are the safe choice; paisley and medallions for a more personal look. Pair it with a pocket square in a related shade, not the same pattern.
Which tie goes with a navy or grey suit?
With a navy suit: burgundy, green, mustard or a lighter blue. With a grey suit: navy, burgundy or pink. With a white shirt, almost anything works.
How do I care for my tie?
Untie it after wearing and store it hanging or flat. Do not machine-wash it; dry-clean if needed. Keep it away from damp.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship free to Spain, the rest of Europe, the United States and Canada. If you would like your order sent to another country, write to us and we will find the best option.
